Animali fra realtà e fantasia / Animals: Reality and Imagination

Beatrice Donin

On Saturday, 6 December 2014 at 17:00, the second in a series of art exhibitions will be opened at the Comune di Tresana in Barbarasco. The exhibition, entitled  “Animals: Reality and Imagination”, features several works by Beatrice Donin, a Florentine artist who settled in Lunigiana in 2007 after spending many years in Germany.

The exhibition comprises works on paper and on canvas, where images of animals –  represented with a touch of irony –  are placed on vast fields of colours, often playing with geometrical motifs.
